How many calories should I have each day?

You will need to know your total body weight in pounds to be able to order the correct version of my 28 Day Fat Busting Plan. This simple calculation is all that you need to estimate your daily intake.

Simple calorie calculation for a MODERATELY active person wishing to lose fat:

  • 10 calories per pound of body weight for women
  • 11 calories per pound of body weight for men

Simple calorie calculation for a VERY active person wishing to lose fat:

  • 12 calories per pound of body weight for women
  • 14 calories per pound of body weight for men

For example: A 10 stone, moderately active woman, weighs in at 140 pounds (14 pounds in each stone). 10 x 14 = 1400 Calorie Plan
