About Me

Sharon Jones is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Industry Tutor/Assessor and NLP Trainer/Coach with over 20 years’ experience in the industry.

Sharon appeared on Sky TV and Channel 4 as a fitness instructor in the 1990’s and is also the owner of Mindbody Solutions.

Sharon specialises in motivation and behaviour change and has worked with 1,000’s of people and organisations in helping them achieve their personal performance and wellbeing goals.

Training with Sharon Jones means that you will get support, encouragement and motivation through every step you take. No matter what age, size, fitness level. As a ‘trainer of the trainers’, Sharon breadth of skills, knowledge and experience make her the first choice Personal Trainer and Coach in the UK’s North West region.
